Armed Forces Host Hiroshima University Delegation at Egyptian Military Academy

Cairo: The Egyptian Armed Forces facilitated a visit for a delegation from Hiroshima University of Japan to the Egyptian Military Academy. The delegation, comprising the university's president and several faculty members, was welcomed by prominent Egyptian officials, including Minister of Education and Technical Education Mohamed Abdel Latif and the Director of the Egyptian Military Academy, Mohamed Salah el Torky.According to State Information Service Egypt, the visit underscores the Armed Forces' dedication to enhancing the education and scientific research system and fostering academic collaborations with international institutions. The agenda commenced with a documentary presentation detailing the Egyptian Military Academy, followed by a comprehensive tour of its facilities.The delegation was acquainted with the academy's educational and technological resources, highlighting the institution's role in preparing skilled human resources in various disciplines. This initiative reflects the academy's promi nence as a significant national entity in both military and civilian education.A key highlight of the visit was the participation of the Egyptian Military Academy in a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement between multiple Egyptian ministries and Hiroshima University. The agreement seeks to bolster joint efforts and optimize the use of resources and capabilities from both institutions, focusing on training educators and enhancing research systems and academic curricula.
