Caretaker Minister of National Defense, Maurice Sleem, on Wednesday met with Deputy Jamil Aboud at his office in Yarzeh to discuss the general situation and recent developments.Later during the day, Sleem held a meeting with head of the Veterans Association of the Lebanese Armed Forces, Brigadier General Nicolas Mazeh, leading a delegation to address the rights of active-duty and retired military personnel.Minister Sleem emphasized that any 'salary adjustments must align with laws governing public sector affairs for both civil and military sectors, whether in service or retirement.
