Cairo: Minister of Youth and Sports Gohar Nabil signed two memoranda of understanding with BRICS Plus countries to enhance cooperation in youth and sports. This initiative is part of Egypt's broader strategy to strengthen international partnerships and promote active participation in joint actions.According to State Information Service Egypt, the signing ceremony emphasized the importance of human development, with the youth and sports sectors being pivotal to Egypt's national agenda. Minister Nabil highlighted that collaboration with BRICS Plus countries offers new opportunities for youth investment and positions sports as a tool for fostering global connections.The event was attended by key figures, including Brazilian Ambassador Paulino Franco de Carvalho Neto, Indian Ambassador Suresh K. Reddy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs representatives, and officials from the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The agreements aim to enhance bilateral and multilateral relations, focusing on youth empowerment and sports dev elopment.Minister Nabil further noted that these agreements would bolster Egypt's sports infrastructure and its ability to host international events.
