FM Holds Strategic Bilateral Meetings at Antalya Diplomacy Forum


Antalya: Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty engaged in a series of bilateral meetings at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, aiming to bolster bilateral relations and discuss regional developments.



According to State Information Service Egypt, Abdelatty met with various international counterparts, including Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Bolivia’s Fernando Aramayo, and Turkey’s Trade Minister €š¬…¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦‚¬Å“mer Bolat. Discussions were also held with ministers from Azerbaijan, Syria, Rwanda, Comoros, Portugal, as well as with Massad Boulos, the US Senior Advisor to the President for Arab and African Affairs, and Miguel ngel Moratinos, the High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations.



The meetings concentrated on enhancing bilateral relations across different fields to foster cooperation and mutual benefits. Abdelatty also shared perspectives on regional geopolitical developments, reiterating Egypt’s commitment to de-escalating tensions and its support for the ongoing US-Iran negotiations, with hopes for a comprehensive agreement to end the ongoing conflict.



The international officials acknowledged Egypt’s efforts to mitigate escalation and promote security and stability in the region. They agreed to maintain coordination and consultations to help manage the situation, achieve tranquility, and support regional stability.
