Washington: Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty met in Washington with Chairman of the House Subcommittee on National Security and the Department of State Mario Diaz-Balart, Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee Tom Cole, and Chairman of the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee Ken Calvert to discuss strengthening the strategic partnership between Egypt and the United States.According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting also addressed avenues for expanding bilateral cooperation in various sectors, particularly political and economic.
