Minister of Planning and Economic Development Dr Hala el Saeed on Saturday 25/09/2021 discussed with Dr Adel Abdel Latif, a UN expert and the adviser of Egypt 2021 Human Development report, ways of implementing President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives about the report.
The report is entitled “Development, a right for all: Egypt’s pathways and prospects.”
Saeed said the report is one of the most important international reports that monitor the status of human development worldwide.
The report also shows the State’s capability and its keenness on providing data, according to her.
The report tackles all issues pertaining to development, achievements made so far and any challenges facing the development process, she added.
The meeting discussed the impact of conflicts and disputes in the Middle East region on the development process.
