Jeddah: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty left on Sunday, August 24th, 2025, for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to take part in an extraordinary session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), convened to discuss the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the foreign minister is also scheduled to hold talks with several Arab foreign ministers on the sidelines of the meetings. The discussions are expected to focus on regional cooperation and addressing the pressing issues facing the Palestinian people amid the ongoing conflict.
