Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy had a meeting with Josep Ferré, Executive Director of Anna Lindh Foundation, to discuss means of enhancing future cooperation between both sides.
The meeting, held on Monday in the New Administrative Capital, touched upon proposed domains of cooperation, including the foundation’s participation in offering technical and financial support for the future editions of the Mediterranean Youth Academy.
Sobhy reiterated that his ministry is keen to cooperate with different international institutions and carry out projects and programs for serving youth.
The minister also directed to hold a joint meeting with the foundation’s officials to define mechanisms of future cooperation between both sides.
Ferré stressed that the foundation is keen to cement ties with Mediterranean countries and broaden cooperation with Egypt in different domains, particularly youth and gender equality.
