President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Friday sent a cable of greetings to Guinea-Bissau President Umaro Sissoco Embaló on his country’s Independence Day.
Observed on September 24, Guinea-Bissau’s National Day marks the unilateral declaration of independence from Portugal in 1973.
