Doha: The State of Qatar has condemned in the strongest terms the Israeli attack on residential areas in Doha, which housed several members of the Hamas Political Bureau. The government emphasized that this attack represents a blatant violation of international laws and norms, posing a significant threat to the safety and security of both citizens and residents within its borders.

According to Syrian Arab News Agency, the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on Tuesday detailing that security forces, civil defense units, and other relevant authorities have promptly initiated measures to mitigate the repercussions of the attack and to ensure the safety of residents in the affected areas. The ministry asserted that Qatar is determined to not tolerate what it described as reckless Israeli actions that compromise regional security, as well as any threats to its national security and sovereignty.

The ministry further stated that investigations are being conducted at the highest levels, and promised that additional information will be disclosed as it becomes available. This incident has drawn widespread condemnation from the Arab world and the international community, with countries such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Iraq, and Kuwait expressing their full solidarity with Qatar. They emphasized that the attack is a clear infringement on state sovereignty and the UN Charter, presenting a risk to regional security and stability.
