Public Business Sector Minister Mahmoud Esmat discussed on Friday with Chairman of the Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels (HOTAC) Mervat Hataba and Executive Managing Director of HOTAC Adel Wali the current situation of hotel projects of the holding company and its affiliated companies.
The meeting touched on efforts to restructure Egypt Travel and preparations for launching ‘Toof W Shoof’ platform for non-traditional tourism as well as projects of the Sound and Light Company.
Preparations are underway to develop the sound and light shows at the Karnak Temples. Also, negotiations are underway to hold a sound and light show at the Citadel of Qaitbay in Alexandria.
Preparations are also going on for VR shows in archaeological areas and hotels.
They followed up on efforts exerted to restructure Gosoor Company and the development process of Sednawi and Hano Banzaioun companies.
