Cairo: President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued Republican Decree No. 567 of 2025 to establish the Board of Directors for the State Information Service (SIS). The board will be led by journalist Diaa Rashwan.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the board will include Ambassador Alaa Youssef serving as the Vice Chairman. Other appointed members are Dr. Thoria El-Badawy, Dr. Mohamed Fayez Farahat, Ms. Nevin Mohamed Kamel Omar, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Hamid Mohamed Fahmy, and Mr. Abdel Moati Abu Zeid Abdel Moati.
