Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said that the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) is a historic event for the world, describing it as a global gift from Egypt to all humanity. Speaking at a press conference at the museum ahead of the ceremony, Madbouli stated that the Grand Egyptian Museum represents a landmark that reflects Egypt's 7,000-year-old history and its role as a cradle of civilization.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Prime Minister emphasized that the event celebrates Egypt's cultural legacy and its lasting contribution to human heritage.
