Cairo: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly attended on Thursday, May 14, 2026, a celebration organized by the Education Development Fund to launch the 'One Million International Licenses' initiative and the International Labor Market Observatory in the New Capital on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi: The celebration was attended by Minister of Education and Technical Education Mohamed Abdel-Latif, Chairperson of the Education Development Fund Rasha Sharaf, along with a number of senior state officials and international figures working in the field of education.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the initiative represents an important step toward achieving a qualitative leap in Egypt's education and training system. During the event, a number of educational academies from across Egypt will be honored as part of efforts to support creativity and excellence.
The celebration also highlighted the achievements made by the Egyptian state in the education sector and the implementation of presidential directives to prioritize education, including extensive efforts over the past period to develop education and curricula, enhance teacher training, reduce classroom density, establish international partnerships and expand the establishment of Japanese schools across governorates.
