Cairo: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty met with Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Mohamed Ayman Ashour to discuss joint cooperation.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting focused on the ongoing collaboration between the two ministries, highlighting efforts to strengthen ties between Egyptian educational institutions and their international counterparts. The ministers explored recent developments concerning agreements, programs, and memoranda of understanding between Egypt and other countries in the field of higher education.

The discussion also included the significant role of Egyptian cultural offices abroad in enhancing educational cooperation and student exchange programs with various countries. Additionally, the meeting addressed the importance of maintaining communication with Egyptian expatriates and supporting Egyptian students studying overseas through the assistance of embassies and consulates.
