Cairo: The Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) and the National Training Academy (NTA) organized a workshop titled 'How to Become an Effective Leader' for 15 African trainees participating in a program on hydraulic modeling and river management, held in cooperation with the Hydraulic Research Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the workshop, hosted at the NTA, aimed to strengthen participants' leadership skills and prepare a new generation of African professionals capable of driving development projects across the continent.
Ambassador Nermeen El-Zawahry, Assistant Foreign Minister and Secretary-General of the EAPD, and Soulafa Gweily, Executive Director of the NTA, engaged with participants in an interactive session, reaffirming Egypt's commitment to empowering African professionals. Both officials highlighted the partnership as an exemplary model of institutional cooperation advancing Egypt's development efforts across Africa.
The event concluded with the distribution of participation certificates, as trainees expressed appreciation for the program's valuable insights and high level of organization.
