Damascus: Damascus Governor, Maher Marwan Idlebi, engaged in discussions with Emirati businessman Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor and his delegation, focusing on enhancing cooperation in the fields of investment and tourism.

According to Syrian Arab News Agency, the meeting explored new prospects for collaboration through vital economic projects aimed at contributing to sustainable development and economic recovery, aligning with Syria's reconstruction efforts. Both parties agreed on the formation of joint working committees between the Damascus Governorate and the Al Habtoor Group. These committees will focus on studying the proposed projects to ensure they are aligned with current priorities and can be practically implemented.
