Armed Forces Chief-of-Staff Osama Askar witnessed a drill on chemical security operations for the military forces at the central military zone.
The drill used the cutting-edge technologies in chemical security, as part of the Armed Forces’ plans to enhance its combat trainings.
During the maneuver, commander of the central military zone general Tarek el Shazly reiterated the Armed Forces command’s keenness to develop and upgrade all of its arms, stressing that the central military zone troops are always on alert for duty.
Concluding the military exercise, Askar conveyed the greetings of Defense Minister Mohamed Zaki to all forces taking part in the war games, praised their performance, and urged them keep their momentum and sacrifice in carrying out their duties.
