Armed Forces Extend Greetings to President El-Sisi on July 23 Revolution Anniversary

Cairo: Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production Abdelmaguid Sakr sent a cable to greet President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the anniversary of the July 23 Revolution.

According to State Information Service Egypt, in his cable, Sakr acknowledged the sacrifices made by the Egyptian people in establishing a strong state characterized by freedom and independence. He emphasized the unwavering loyalty and steadfastness of the Armed Forces personnel under President El-Sisi's leadership. The Defense Minister reiterated the commitment of the Armed Forces to the principles of the revolution, emphasizing their unity with the Egyptian people and institutions in building a strong and modern state. He highlighted the role of the army in safeguarding the nation's security, stability, sovereignty, and resources.

In addition to Sakr's message, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Ahmed Khalifa also sent a similar cable to President El-Sisi in celebration of the July 23 Revolution anniversary. Meanwhile, the Defense Minister directed that greetings be extended to all members of the Armed Forces, including commanders, officers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers, civilian personnel, and those involved in peacekeeping missions.
