Baku: Egypt's newly-appointed Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Hossam El Din Reda, has presented his credentials to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. The ambassador conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Aliyev, highlighting the presidential directives to strengthen ties between Egypt and Azerbaijan in various areas.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Azerbaijani leader expressed his gratitude for the invitation to participate in the Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit, reflecting the strength of relations between Egypt and Azerbaijan. Aliyev praised President Sisi's efforts to end the conflict in the Gaza Strip and congratulated him on the success of the summit, describing it as an exceptional and remarkable achievement.
