سياسة عالمية ستزيل العناء من حركة السفر الدولي

إن سياسة تنسيق السفر الجوي، وهي السياسة التي قادت جهودها المملكة العربية السعودية، ستُحدث نقلة نوعية في تحسين تجربة المسافرين من خلال إنشاء مصدر واحد وموثوق للمعلومات المتعلقة باشتراطات أو متطلبات الدخول أمام المسافرين الدوليين

·  ولقد تم إعداد سياسة الطيران العالمية هذه بالتعاون مع منظمة الطيران المدني الدولية (ICAO) التابعة للأمم المتحدة

·  وتسعى سياسة تنسيق السفر الجوي إلى تعزيز تعافي قطاع الطيران العالمي

·  ولقد تم الكشف عن إطار عمل هذه السياسة في النسخة الافتتاحية من مؤتمر مستقبل الطيران التي استضافتها المملكة وسيتم عرضها رسميًا في الدورة الحادية والأربعين للجمعية العامة لمنظمة الطيران المدني الدولي في وقت لاحق من عام 2022

الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، 9 مايو 2022 /PRNewswire/ — أعلنت الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني (GACA) في المملكة العربية السعودية عن سياسة تنسيق السفر الجوي، وهي إطار عمل سيجعل السفر الدولي أبسط وأسهل وأكثر إمتاعًا وذلك من خلال إزالة الخلط والالتباس الذي يكتنف متطلبات السفر والذي يثني حاليًا ملايين الأشخاص عن حجز الرحلات الجوية.

تم تصميم إطار العمل المقترح بالتعاون مع منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي (ICAO) التابعة للأمم المتحدة، وهذا الإطار سيزيل مصادر الالتباس والارتباك في السفر الدولي التي تواجه الركاب والناقلين والحكومات وذلك من خلال إنشاء مورد واحد وواضح ومحدَّث أولا بأول عبر الإنترنت يحدد متطلبات الدخول لجميع الدول المشاركة.

سيتم تقديم هذه السياسة إلى الجمعية العامة لمنظمة الطيران المدني الدولي ( ICAO) بهدف الحصول على موافقة من الدول الأعضاء في أكتوبر من هذا العام.

وتعليقًا على هذا الموضوع يقول معالي رئيس الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني السيد/ عبد العزيز بن عبد الله الدعيلج: “لقد كشف الوباء حقًا عن حالة الانفصال بين أنحاء العالم. فأبحاثنا تُظهر أن كثيرًا من الأشخاص اختاروا عدم السفر في عام 2021 – ولن يسافروا أيضًا في عام 2022 – بسبب المتطلبات الصحية الملتبسة للانتقال من دولة إلى أخرى. ومن ثم يسعدنا إطلاق سياسة تنسيق السفر الجوي، وهي إطار عمل مقترح من شأنه توحيد صناعتنا وتقويتها من خلال تمكينها من تجاوز الأزمات الصحية المستقبلية.

“إن الطيران هو شريان الحياة للاقتصاد العالمي، ومن الضروري حمايته من حالات الاضطراب والانقطاع المستقبلية. ومن شأن إطار سياسة تنسيق السفر الجوي هذه إظهار الدور القيادي الذي تقوم به المملكة العربية السعودية لضمان ازدهار القطاع في السنوات القادمة”.

وفقًا لأبحاث أجرتها مؤخرًا مؤسسة يو-جوف لأبحاث السوق، فإن نسبة 32% من الأمريكيين، و47% من الناس في الخليج، و40% في إيطاليا، و40% في المملكة المتحدة حاليًا يقولون إن حالة الالتباس بشأن المتطلبات الصحية سيمنعهم من السفر في عام 2022.

ستنشئ هذه السياسة آلية إبلاغ دولية منسقة للتعامل مع الأزمات الصحية باستخدام أدوات اتصالات رقمية مصممة لهذا الغرض، وعمليات حوكمة وتنسيق على مستوى عالمي، ونظام لتسهيل الامتثال العالمي، مثل شهادة الصحة الرقمية المعترف بها عالميًا.

ونتيجة لذلك، سيتمكن المسافرون من الاطلاع على التوجيهات والمتطلبات الواضحة اللازمة للانتقال من نقطة المغادرة إلى وجهة الوصول. وستكون هذه المنصة العالمية قادرة على دمج جميع أنظمة الاتصالات الخاصة بالطيران الدولي والأزمات الصحية بين الحكومات.

 تم إطلاق الدليل التعريفي لسياسة تنسيق السفر الجوي في هذه النسخة الافتتاحية من مؤتمر مستقبل الطيران في الرياض. وفي هذا المؤتمر الذي استضافته الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني في المملكة العربية السعودية اجتمع قادة عالميون ورؤساء مؤسسات وجهات تنظيمية في قطاع الطيران لإيجاد حلول لأكبر التحديات في هذا القطاع – والتي تتضمن تجربة المسافرين، والاستدامة، وتعافي الأعمال بعد جائحة فيروس كورونا.

St Kitts and Nevis: Fund option offers most straightforward route to alternative citizenship

The song, “Even After,” was written by Evans in a unique way. The first verse conveys the words of a loved one who may have lost someone in some way, while the second verse and bridge is the one you lost speaking to you.

“When I was writing it, and it took me years to be able to after my mothers tragic and untimely passing, I knew that even as a singer myself, I couldn’t bring myself to sing it. I was just too attached to it. When I discovered Charlie on social media, I knew he had the vulnerability that would give the kid a shot. People will interpret it in their own way. Some think it’s about a break-up, some think it’s about when someone passes,” says Evans. “What I didn’t expect was how talented Charlie was, and his unique “old soul” ability to interpret a song so young. CGTN: Mother’s Day: Stories of Xi Jinping and his mother

BEIJING, May 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — On International Mother’s Day, which falls on the second Sunday of May every year, people across the world share stories about their mothers and express their love and gratitude to the person who brought them to this world.

Parents serve as role models for children, and it’s no exception for Chinese President Xi Jinping.

He recalled stories about how his mother Qi Xin has influenced him through his life.

Born in 1926, Qi joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1943 at the age of 17 and became a staunch supporter of the Party’s values and beliefs.

“Parents and seniors should pass on good morals to their children when they are young, helping them build moral integrity and a sense of goodwill, so that they can grow into people who can contribute to the country and the general public,” Qi once said.

‘Serve the country with the utmost loyalty’

When Xi was around five or six years old, his mother bought him picture books and told him the story about Yue Fei, a legendary general who fought battles to defend his nation with utmost loyalty during the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279).

The mother told the boy how Yue Fei’s mother tattooed four Chinese characters, which literally translate as “serve the country with the utmost loyalty,” on the back of her son.

“I said it must have been a great pain to have those words tattooed on the back,” Xi recalled. “But my mother said that although it was painful, he remembered it by heart.”

Xi has since used those words as a goal to pursue in life.

The greatest filial piety

As a filial son, Xi chats with his mother and takes a walk with her whenever he has time. A photo of him walking hand in hand with his mother is placed on his bookshelves.

During the Spring Festival of 2001, Xi, then governor of southeast China’s Fujian Province, could not get together with his parents because of work.

Qi called her son, saying that as long as he did his best on the job, he would be showing the greatest filial piety to her and his father.

Her words of support have greatly inspired Xi to serve the public with the goal of achieving a good life for Chinese families.

Xi has repeatedly said that he “loves the people just like loving his parents.”

Passing down family tradition

Qi led a simple life, which became a tradition for the family. Her lifestyle and the family atmosphere guided Xi’s values.

“A person who failed to be incorruptible and self-disciplined will become a person with no guts. Keep in mind that honesty is a blessing and greed is a curse, while establishing a correct view of power, status and interests,” Qi once wrote in a letter to Xi, reminding him of self-discipline.

Xi has incorporated these beliefs into his ideology and governance practices.

In 2000, Qi spent 40 days visiting the CPC’s old revolutionary base area of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia. In Zhaojin, the center of the area, she saw shabby classrooms of a local primary school and mobilized her family to donate 150,000 yuan to rebuild the school.

In May 2018, the students of the school wrote a letter to Xi, reporting their study and the development of the school. One week later, the president wrote back, encouraging them to inherit and pass on the spirit of the CPC with concrete actions.
