The Speaker of the Palestinian National Council (PNC), Rawhi Fattouh, held the Israeli occupation government and the Israeli Prison Services (IPS) fully responsible for the life of the Palestinian prisoner Khader Adnan.
Fattouh called on the international community to put pressure on Israel and oblige it to respect international law and to release Adnan, who has been on hunger strike for 77 days, and suffers from a very serious health condition.
