Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mohamed Shaker received on Tuesday 14/2/2023 Anja-Isabel Executive Vice President of the British Petroleum (BP) Company in Cairo, and her accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to increase investment opportunities in Egypt with the electricity and renewable energy sector, and to learn about the Egyptian experience and the procedures taken by the Egyptian electricity sector in field of reducing emissions.
Shaker praised the fruitful and constructive cooperation with British companies in the sector’s projects in Egypt, expressing his welcome to cooperate with the BP for its great experience in the field of energy.
