Prices of 21-karat gold, the highest demand at local market, on Wenesday stood at JD41.30 per gramme, as purchasing price, against JD39.60 as selling price. The price of 24-karat and 18-karat gold amounted to JD48.30 and JD36.90 respectively, according to Jordan Jewelers Association’s daily bulletin. Gold prices in global markets on Wenesday reached $2,029 per ounce.
