Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Thursday 23/2/2023 chaired a meeting of the economic group to discuss a number of key economies files, Cabinet Spokesman Nade Saad said.
The meeting was attended by Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Governor Hassan Abdallah, Petroleum Minister Tareq el Molla, Supply Minister Ali Moselhi, Planning Minister Hala el Saeed, International Cooperation Minister Rania el Mashat, Finance Minister Mohamed Maait, Public Business Sector Minister Mahmoud Esmat, Trade and Industry Minister Ahmed Samir and Tourism Minister Ahmed Eissa.
The meetings reviewed a number of details and figures concerning resources and uses of foreign currency in the past period as well as the state’s efforts to increase the stock of hard currency through enhancing exports.
The ministers also pointed out at the state’s efforts to provide more incentives for investment to encourage local and foreign investors, adding that 13 companies, working in the fields of agriculture, food, industry, medical, construction and technology, had recently received the smart golden license cards.
