Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Ahmed Morsi has inspected a number of factories of the South Korean companies “Hyundai Wia” and “Hanwha” to stand on their industrial, technological, technical and human potentials.

 

This came on the sidelines of his current visit to South Korea to participate in “Seoul ADEX 2021”.

 

The minister visited the companies’ factories for manufacturing K9 Thunder (a 155mm / 52 caliber self-propelled howitzer) and K2 Black Panther (one of the most advanced main battle tank in the world).

 

He also watched the dry firing of a Howitzer and inspected its production phases.

 

The Seoul International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition 2021 (ADEX 2021), held at Seoul Airport, kicked off on Tuesday, October 19.

 

During the exhibition, Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) unveiled several exciting new products; including KF-21 Boramae (a 4.5 generation fighter aircraft) and MAH Amphibious Assault Helicopter.
