Director General of Civil Defense, Major General Raymond Khattar, on Tuesday received in his office, Russian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Rudakov, who handed him an official invitation from Russian Minister for Civil Defense, Alexander Kurenkov, to participate in an exhibition on public safety and security, that will be held in the Russian capital, Moscow, from May 31 to June 3, 2023.
