IDSC: SFE signed 10 agreements worth EGP 25 bn in 2021

The Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) said the Sovereign Fund of Egypt (SFE) had signed in 2021 ten binding agreements for establishing projects, with total investments worth EGP 25.5 billion.

This came in an infographic report published by the IDSC on Sunday, which shows the SFE’s role in achieving economic development.

The center added the fund was established in 2018, with a view to luring private investments and promoting co-investment in State-owned assets to maximize their value and efficiency for the national economy.

SFE comprises four sub-funds that cover the sectors of healthcare, financial services, tourism and real estate, and infrastructure
