Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry is set to hold talks on Sunday with his Chinese counterpart Qin Gang.
Shoukry is set to discuss with the Chinese minister, who is currently on a visit to Cairo, means to cement special ties between Egypt and China in all fields.
They will also probe a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
The ministers are set to hold a joint press conference after concluding their talks.
