IA et villes : ONU-Habitat et Mila lancent un livre blanc collaboratif sur l’utilisation et les enjeux potentiels de l’IA pour soutenir le développement de villes et d’établissements durables et humains

L’objectif du livre blanc est de fournir aux autorités locales des conseils utiles pour évaluer les avantages et les inconvénients de l’IA afin de favoriser des collectivités locales durables. Les autorités locales prennent régulièrement des décisions au sujet de l’IA qui ont une incidence sur la vie des gens. Elles ont donc besoin d’outils pour évaluer où et à qui l’IA apporte une valeur ajoutée, et déterminer si son utilisation est appropriée dans un contexte donné. Le document sert de base de connaissances pour guider la prise de décisions en ce qui concerne l’engagement positif et l’utilisation de l’IA dans une optique de villes et d’établissements humains durables, intelligents et centrés sur les personnes.

Moore Nanotechnology Systems Opens Global Training and Process Development Center in Charlotte, North Carolina

AI and Cities: UN-Habitat and Mila launch a collaborative White Paper on the use and potential challenges of AI to support the development of people-centered sustainable cities and settlements

TORONTO, Oct. 4, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — UN-Habitat, the United Nations organization working for sustainable urbanization in over 90 countries, and Mila, the world’s largest academic deep learning research centre, announce the launch of their collaborative White Paper offering insights and recommendations on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems could be harnessed to support the development of socially and environmentally sustainable cities and human settlements.

Aimed at supporting both urban managers and practitioners, the White Paper, part of UN-Habitat’s strategy to promote a people-centered approach to digital transformation, outlines the current value add and challenges of AI in cities and provides a set of practical recommendations to improve the way in which AI is used and promotes sustainable cities and inclusive inclusive communities.

The document covers urban applications of AI across a wide range of sectors (Energy, Mobility, Public Safety, Healthcare, etc.), and covers important themes including the trad-offs and risks of AI, the specific approaches and applications of urban AI in urban governance.

The paper will be unveiled during a panel discussion at the 2022 Urban Economy Forum (UEF) in Toronto.

وفي إطار تعليقه على الموضوع، قال سعادة طارق الجناحي، المدير التنفيذي بالإنابة لهيئة دبي الرقمية: “نجحنا بفضل توجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، في رقمنة مختلف جوانب الحياة في مدينة دبي. وخلال مشاركتها هذا العام في معرض جيتكس جلوبال 2022، تقدم هيئة دبي الرقمية، بالشراكة مع 32 كيان حكومي وسبعة شركاء من القطاع الخاص، أحدث الحلول الرقمية التي طورتها حكومة دبي. كما نستعرض خططنا المستقبلية لبناء منظومة رقمية تشمل كامل المدينة وتجعل من دبي معياراً عالمياً في بناء الاقتصادات الرقمية”.

ولفت سعادة منصور المرزوقي، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع التخطيط الاستراتيجي في هيئة أبوظبي الرقمية، إلى أن جناح حكومة أبوظبي في معرض جيتكس جلوبال 2022 يوفر منصة تقنية رقمية تجمع تحت مظلتها أكثر من 30 جهة حكومية وأكاديمية في إمارة أبوظبي، تعرض أكثر من 100 مشروع ومبادرة مبتكرة، والتي بدورها تسلط الضوء على إنجازات مسيرة التحول الرقمي الحكومي في الإمارة .

وقال سعادته بهذا الخصوص: “يعد المعرض منصة تكنولوجية عالمية تتيح الفرصة لحكومة أبوظبي للتعريف بمبادرات الجهات الحكومية في مجال الخدمات الحكومية، والحلول الحكومية الرقمية، والبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، والأمن السيبراني، وتمكين المنظومة الرقمية، والتي يتم تطويرها لتمكين ودعم وتقديم منظومة حكومية رقمية استباقية، ومتخصّصة ومتعاونة وآمنة “.

ويرتبط جيتكس جلوبال بالعديد من مذكرات التفاهم والشركات المؤسسية الهامة بين القطاع العام والشركات الخاصة، حيث شكل منصة لإبرام شراكات أعمال راسخة على مدار العقود الأربعة الماضية.

وقال نعيم يزبك، المدير العام لشركة مايكروسوفت الإمارات: “ ينصب تركيزنا في جيتكس جلوبال 2022 على الواقع المختلط وتأثيره على سيناريوهات معينة تخص القطاع. وقد أعلنا مؤخراً عن توفر نظارة الواقع المختلط HoloLens 2 الرائدة في دولة الإمارات. ويوفر هذا الجهاز التفاعلي المتطور الذي يعتمد تقنية الهولوجرام تجربة واقع مختلط سلسلة وغامرة هي الأفضل على الإطلاق، وهو مدعوم بحوسبتنا السحابية الموثوقة والآمنة والقابلة للتوسع. ونعتزم عرض تجربة هذا الجهاز في معرض جيتكس جلوبال، مع استعراض سبل استخدام الواقع المختلط لدعم مجموعة متنوعة من تطبيقات القطاع وحالات الاستخدام”.

أول رحلة عامة في العالم لسيارة طائرة موديل 2×  من طائرات الإقلاع والهبوط العمودي الكهربائية eVTOL

اختارت شركة “إكس بنغ” ( XPENG )، وهي شركة تقنية رائدة تختص في صناعة السيارات الكهربائية وتُعنى بتصميم وتطوير وتصنيع وتسويق حلول التنقل الذكية، معرض جيتكس جلوبال 2022 لاستضافة أول رحلة عامة حصرية في العالم لسيارتها الطائرة الرائدة من طائرات الإقلاع والهبوط العمودي الكهربائية eVTOL موديل X2 ، وذلك بدعم من الشريك الرسمي غرفة تجارة وصناعة دبي.

تم تزويد السيارة الطائرة X2 ذات المقعدين بنظام تحكم ذكي مع قدرات متقدمة للطيران الذاتي، وتعتبر الجيل الأحدث من السيارات الطائرة التي طورتها بشكل مستقل شركة XPENG AEROHT التابعة لشركة “إكس بنغ”.

وفي هذا الصدد، قال الدكتور بريان جو، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة ورئيس “إكس بنغ”: “لا تصدر X2 أي انبعاثات كربونية أثناء الطيران، وهي مصممة للطيران في المدن على ارتفاعات منخفضة بسرعة قصوى تصل إلى 130 كيلومتر في الساعة”.

وأضاف الدكتور جو، الذي يتحدث في المؤتمر الرئيسي لمعرض جيتكس جلوبال 2022 حول مستقبل النقل: “يسعدنا تسيير أول رحلة عامة للسيارة الطائرة X2 في معرض جيتكس جلوبال 2022، ونعرض من خلالها قدراتنا الرائدة في مجال البحث والتطوير وإمكانات التصنيع الرائدة التي نقدمها لدفع عجلة نمو قطاع النقل الكهربائي. وتشكل X2 خطوةً إضافية نحو مستقبل الرحلات الجوية القصيرة داخل المدن بالاستفادة من هذه التكنولوجيا، حيث تساعد على استكشاف معالم المدن والنقل الطبي وغيرها العديد من الاستخدامات الأخرى”.

يتضمن إصدار جيتكس 3.0 إطلاق سبع فعاليات تقنية خلال المعرض العالمي وهي: “نورث ستار دبي” المخصص للشركات الناشئة، و”الذكاء الاصطناعي في كل شيء”، وقمة “مستقبل البلوك تشين” بالاشتراك مع سلطة دبي لتنظيم الأصول الافتراضية، و”فينتك سيرج”، و”ماركتنغ مينيا”، إضافة إلى إطلاق حدثين جديدين هذا العام، تم حجز المساحات فيهما بالكامل، وهما “جلوبال ديف سلام” ا لمخصص للمبرمجين والمطورين العالميين، و”إكس-فيرس” المعني بعالم الميتافيرس.
