President El-Sisi Engages with National Training Academy to Enhance Egypt’s Leadership Capacity

Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi convened with the Board of Trustees of the National Training Academy, including Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem, Executive Director Dr. Solafa El-Goueili, and Major General Mohamed Salah El-Turky.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting focused on the Academy's strategic plan, emphasizing human capital development and leadership building to bolster Egypt's regional and international stature. The Academy's vision includes advancing the administrative system, preparing national cadres, and fostering leadership values, thereby reinforcing Egypt's influence.

The Academy's strategic objectives were discussed, highlighting the preparation of skilled personnel to enhance the administrative apparatus and promote national awareness. Establishing the Academy as a regional training hub was also a key focus, aimed at leveraging Egypt's soft power on a broader scale.

Dr. Solafa El-Goueili outlined the Academy's approach, which integrates modern training methodologies to align with state priorities. This involves comprehensive training programs to develop leadership and technical skills, essential for meeting the administrative demands of the new republic.

President El-Sisi underscored the significance of human capital investment through targeted training and skill development, essential for effective public policy implementation. He advocated for the Academy's objective trainee selection and robust program alignment with state development goals.

The President also highlighted the need for strategic partnerships with international institutions to enhance resource sharing and expertise exchange, aiming for impactful outcomes in training and development.

The Board of Trustees, led by President El-Sisi, includes various ministers and experts from finance, higher education, strategic planning, and economic development sectors, reflecting a comprehensive approach to national training initiatives.
