Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli inaugurated the first hotel of Minya University during his visit to Minya governorate. The Prime Minister reviewed an overview of the project, which was implemented as part of efforts to support tourism and expand hotel capacity in the governorates through university participation.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the newly opened hotel consists of five floors with a capacity of 240 beds and includes fully equipped rooms, a modern restaurant, and a contemporary reception area.

University officials said the wider project includes upgrading the university guest house to a five-star standard and constructing two additional four-star hotel buildings, raising total capacity to 900 beds, the largest hotel addition in Minya.

Madbouli toured several rooms, praised the quality of construction and services, and stressed the importance of making full use of the facilities, particularly during peak seasons, to serve visitors and tourists.
