Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli announced that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has instructed the advancement of development projects in Suez to align with the national development initiatives. Madbouli made these statements during his visit to the governorate, marking the inauguration of several educational, health, and energy projects.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Prime Minister’s visit, which took place on October 26, 2025, is part of his ongoing tours aimed at assessing the progress of development projects across various governorates. The visit also includes the inauguration of new projects within the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE) located in the Ain Sokhna area.

Accompanying Madbouli are ministers from the health, higher education, local development, and petroleum sectors, alongside other officials. The primary goal of the visit is to ensure that the prioritized projects are making significant progress, thereby improving the quality of services available to the citizens of Suez.
