PM Heads Back Home After Productive Visit to Beirut


Beirut: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli departed the Lebanese capital of Beirut, returning home following a significant visit aimed at enhancing joint cooperation. He was officially seen off at Rafik Hariri International Airport by Nawaf Salam, Prime Minister of the Lebanese Republic.



According to State Information Service Egypt, throughout his visit, Madbouli engaged in bilateral discussions with the Lebanese prime minister and led expanded talks involving delegations from both nations. The visit was marked by a meeting with General Joseph Aoun, President of the Lebanese Republic, at Baabda Palace, where the two leaders explored methods to support and strengthen bilateral ties.



Furthermore, Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri welcomed Madbouli, and they deliberated on ways to bolster relations across multiple sectors. The prime minister’s schedule also included participation in an economic working meeting at the Beirut Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended by numerous private sector representatives and business leaders.
