Giza: Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly affirmed that his tour of projects under the presidential initiative ‘Decent Life’ in the villages of Al-Saff Center comes within the framework of reviewing the implementation rates of ongoing projects included in the first phase of the initiative in these villages, particularly those related to the establishment of water and sanitation stations and networks in the targeted villages.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Madbouly reiterated that the presidential initiative ‘Decent Life’ represents the greatest project of the 21st century for the Egyptian state, serving more than 60 million citizens in the targeted villages. This came during Madbouly’s tour on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, of a number of villages in Al-Saff Center in Giza Governorate to follow up on the current executive status of projects under the presidential initiative ‘Decent Life,’ as part of the ongoing monitoring of the initiative’s projects across the various governorates of the Republi
c.
Madbouly noted that there was a previous visit to the villages of Al-Saff Center, during which a number of service projects under the ‘Decent Life’ initiative were inspected. The aim of the current visit was to assess the level of progress achieved in those projects to accelerate the entry of these projects into operation to serve the people in Giza, especially focusing on drinking water and sanitation projects.
Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, emphasized that the ‘Decent Life’ initiative launched by the President of the Republic in 2019 represents an unprecedented leap in the history of the Egyptian countryside. Additionally, the Governor of Giza affirmed that the ‘Decent Life’ projects have brought about a transformation in the villages of Al-Saff Center, particularly in the field of sanitation, by extending networks to deprived areas, thereby improving the quality of life and providing services befitting citizens.
