Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly sent a congratulatory message to Lieutenant General Abdel Meguid Saker, the Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defence and Military Production, on the occasion of the October victory anniversary.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Prime Minister extended his heartfelt congratulations, accompanied by best wishes to the Chief of the Armed Forces and all the brave members of the Armed Forces, on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the great October victory. The message highlighted the sacrifices made by the men of the Armed Forces, who gave their lives and blood in defence of the homeland.

Madbouly emphasized that the generation of the great October achieved a victory regarded as one of the greatest victories of the Arab nation in its modern history. This victory is seen as embodying the authenticity of the Egyptian people and its Armed Forces and the greatness of their loyalty to the homeland, as evidenced by their sacrifices and heroism.

On this significant occasion, Madbouly offered prayers to Almighty God to protect the men of the Armed Forces as a shield for the homeland against any attempts to undermine its security and safety. He expressed hope that they remain guardians of the comprehensive development that Egypt is witnessing throughout its regions, under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
