Cairo: The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources has launched a new digital media platform, a podcast called “Petrocast”, aimed at enhancing transparency and public engagement in the oil, gas, and mining sectors, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday, 11/10/2025.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the podcast reflects the ministry’s push to modernize its communication through digital channels and highlight key achievements and national projects. Episodes, published via the ministry’s official social media pages, will feature sector employees, top officials, investors, and experts discussing major developments and issues of public interest.
