Tulkarm – Ma’an – A citizen was killed at dawn on Sunday, and 10 others were injured in a horrific traffic accident north of Tulkarm.

Police media spokesman, Colonel Louay Irziqat, said that the accident occurred between six vehicles on the road linking the towns of Deir Al-Ghusoun and Al-Jaroushiyah, causing the death of a 57-year-old citizen, and injuries described as moderate to minor, and they were transferred to city hospitals.

He added that the Public Prosecution was informed and the Traffic Police initiated investigation procedures into the accident.

The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem announced that more than 40,000 worshipers performed Eid prayers, due to the strict closure on worshipers and the prevention of thousands from entering.

In the early morning hours, the occupation forces stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, checked the identities of the worshipers inside, obstructed the movement of worshipers, and prevented a large number of young men from entering, which led them to pray outside its doors.

Red Crescent sources reported that a young man was injured by bullet fragments during the storming of Al-Faraa camp, and he was transferred to the Turkish Tubas Governmental Hospital to receive treatment.

On the first day of Eid Al-Adha, special forces from the occupation army stormed Al-Far’a camp, south of Tubas, and clashes broke out inside the camp.
