Minya: Governor of Minya Emad Kadwani affirmed on Saturday that alternative housing projects are being implemented in line with the directives of the political leadership to eliminate shelter areas and provide modern housing units with integrated services. The announcement was made during the visit of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli to Minya Governorate, where he handed over contracts to beneficiaries of the first phase of the alternative housing apartment project in the Al-Salakhana area, South Minya district.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Governor of Minya emphasized that the project is part of the “Decent Housing” initiative and the presidential initiative “A New Beginning for Building the Human Being.” This initiative is part of the governorate’s overall plan to develop unplanned areas and provide civilized housing for families most in need.
