FM Heads to Paris for Ministerial Meeting on Gaza Strip


Paris: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty departed for the French capital, Paris, to participate in a ministerial meeting organized by the French government to discuss arrangements regarding the situation in the Gaza Strip.



According to State Information Service Egypt, this visit follows recent developments in the Sharm El-Sheikh talks, which focused on achieving a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. The meeting in Paris will see the participation of foreign ministers and senior officials from France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Turkey, the United States, and the European Union.
