Egypt’s Non-Oil Exports Climb 18%, Trade Deficit Narrows by 12% in 2025

Cairo: Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan el Khatib announced that Egypt’s foreign trade indicators showed significant improvement from January to November 2025, attributed to sustained growth in non-oil exports.

According to State Information Service Egypt, this positive trend in trade is reflected in an 18% increase in non-oil exports, which has played a vital role in enhancing the country’s economic performance. The rise in exports has also contributed to a 12% reduction in Egypt’s trade deficit, highlighting the effectiveness of the country’s strategic economic measures.
