EgyptAir to Gradually Resume Flights Between Amman and Cairo

Amman: EgyptAir has announced the gradual resumption of its flights between Amman and Cairo, set to begin on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. The announcement was made by the Regional Director of EgyptAir for Jordan and Palestine, Mohamed Ibrahim, who highlighted that this decision comes in light of the latest developments in the region.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the flights will operate under the numbers MS1719 and MS1720, as part of the airline's strategy to gradually resume operations on this route. The move is part of EgyptAir's broader plan to reestablish its presence in the region after recent disruptions.

Ibrahim has urged customers in Jordan to reach out to the airline for any inquiries. Customers can contact EgyptAir through the unified number 0790664466 or visit the company's offices from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm daily, except on holidays and during the holy month of Ramadan.
