Cairo: The Egyptian Gymnastics Federation announced the final list of countries set to participate in the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup for men and women, scheduled to be held in Cairo from April 3 to 6 at the Cairo Stadium indoor halls complex.According to State Information Service Egypt, the federation stated that 33 countries will take part in the tournament, including Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Spain, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Norway, New Zealand, Panama, the Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, India, Cameroon, in addition to host nation Egypt.The federation highlighted that promoting Egypt's civilization is among the key objectives of hosting the tournament, through preparing informative materials highlighting major tourist attractions for participating delegations, as well as organizing visits to key historical and tourist sites on the sideli nes of the event.Federation President Ehab Amin emphasized that sports tourism is a core goal when Egypt hosts international tournaments, stressing that such events provide an opportunity to introduce international delegations to Egypt's rich cultural heritage. He mentioned that the federation has prepared guides featuring top tourist attractions, including Khan El Khalili, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and the Pyramids of Giza.
