Cairo: Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production Ashraf Salem Zaher held a video-conference meeting with numerous Air Force personnel and fighters from air bases across the nation. Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Ahmed Khalifa also participated in the meeting, along with commanders of the main branches and several Armed Forces leaders.

According to State Information Service Egypt, these meetings are part of the ongoing periodic discussions conducted by the General Command of the Armed Forces with all formations and units. During the session, Commander of the Air Force Amr Abdel Rahman Saqr delivered a speech highlighting the continuous efforts of Air Force personnel to maintain the highest levels of combat efficiency and preparedness to fulfill their missions in defending the homeland.

Zaher conveyed greetings and appreciation from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the military personnel. He offered greetings on Eidul-Fitr, emphasizing the General Command's commitment to developing the Air Force and enhancing its combat capabilities to ensure readiness and competence in executing assigned tasks.

At the meeting's conclusion, the commander-in-chief shared the iftar meal with the Air Force personnel.
