Cairo: Minister of Culture Jehan Zaki met with Amr El-Leithy, head of the Islamic World Broadcasting Union, to explore ways to strengthen joint cultural and media cooperation.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the discussions focused on activating a cooperation protocol that encompasses artistic production, training, academic activities, documentary filmmaking, and promoting Egyptian arts and culture internationally. The aim is to support creative industries and launch high-quality joint projects.
Zaki noted that this partnership would enhance Egypt's cultural presence abroad and reinforce its soft power. El-Leithy confirmed the union's commitment to expanding cultural and media exchange among OIC member states.
