Cairo: The Awqaf Ministry has announced the rollout of its ‘Correct Your Concepts’ initiative, a dynamic program designed to address social problems and respond to issues of public concern. The ministry emphasizes that renewing religious discourse should begin with tackling the real needs of society, rather than delivering sermons that are detached from reality.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Ministry spokesman Osama Raslan revealed to Extra News that the ministry plans to organize 1,033 outreach convoys at youth centres across the nation in the first week of February. This initiative is particularly focused on engaging with youth and correcting widespread misconceptions.

Raslan highlighted that the February campaign will cover a range of topics beyond merely addressing laziness. It will also tackle issues such as environmental protection, animal welfare, and the rejection of harmful social behaviors. He further stated that fostering cooperation and promoting a culture of work are essential to developing individuals who can make positive contributions to society.
