يُشخص مرض الشلل الدماغي بأنه اضطراب يحدث في المخ بسبب تلف مسبق أثناء الولادة أو بعدها، حيث يمثل الإعاقة الحركية الأكثر انتشارًا في مرحلة الطفولة . وبالرغم من أن الإصابة التي تسبب أعراض الشلل الدماغي لا تستمر، إلا أن مستوى الإعاقة والتغير في التعبير الإكلينيكي قد يستمر مع نضج الدماغ . وتتضمن الاضطرابات الحركية المرتبطة بالشلل الدماغي اضطرابات الإدراك والتواصل والسلوك والنوبات والمشاكل الهيكلية العضلية .

Sisi directs newly appointed CBE’s acting governor to develop monetary policies

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met on Thursday 18/8/2022 with newly-appointed Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Hassan Abdullah, who assumed his new post as per a presidential decree issued earlier in the day.

 

During the meeting, President Sisi directed Abdullah to develop monetary policies in line with global economic variables, as well as to work to provide various sources of foreign currencies.

 

Sisi also stressed the need to work on providing the appropriate climate for investment.

PM: Govt targets increasing foreign reserves

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said the government targets increasing the country’s foreign reserves, through a well-defined plan to attract foreign direct investments, strengthen the private sector’s contribution to the national economy, bolster the local industry and raise Egyptian exports.

 

The premier also added that the government pays great attention to logistical projects to facilitate global trade movement via the Suez Canal.

 

Madbouli’s remarks came during his meeting on Thursday 18/8/2022 evening with Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Hassan Abdullah.

 

The prime minister asserted that the government would coordinate with the CBE in a number of key economic files during the coming phase.

 

Abdullah said the CBE would fully coordinate with the government to achieve sustainable development goals for the State, especially in light of the current global challenges.

Cabinet okays request to establish “Damietta Alliance Container Terminal”

The Cabinet approved during a meeting under Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Thursday 18/8/2022 a request to establish the “Damietta Alliance Container Terminal S.A.E.” in Damietta Port, on an area of 922,320 square meters.

 

The new company would be responsible for using, managing and operating the second container terminal (Tahya Misr 1), in addition to conducting all related-maintenance works.

 

The Cabinet also okayed a proposal submitted by the Transport Ministry to allow the Egyptian National Railways (ENR) to sell 16 plots of land to increase its revenues, as part of presidential directives to benefit from the ENR’s untapped lands.
