Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on Sunday, April 5, 2026, dispatched a presidential representative to the Algerian Embassy in Cairo to offer condolences over the death of former Algerian president Liamine Zeroual.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Presidential Secretary Mohamed Negm was delegated to convey the president's condolences to the embassy of Algeria and to sign the official book of condolences.
