Cairo: Ahmed Bendary, Executive Director of the National Elections Authority (NEA), announced that the 2025 House of Representatives elections have commenced in 66 polling stations across 117 countries, from a total of 139 stations.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the elections are witnessing significant voter turnout, particularly in Arab countries. The NEA has been actively involved in coordinating the setup of polling stations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the electoral process. The authority is also monitoring the progress and participation levels in various locations to ensure a fair and transparent election.
