South africa: Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Alaa Farouk, participated in the G20 Agriculture Ministers’ Meeting, currently hosted by South Africa.

According to State Information Service Egypt, during the session to adopt the Ministerial Declaration on Food Security, held on Friday, September 19, 2025, Alaa Farouk emphasized that achieving global food security cannot be achieved without intensifying international efforts, with special attention paid to the needs of agricultural production and sustainable development, in line with the G20 goals and its role in supporting global economic balance and growth.
